I'm Fadipe Funmilayo Adewale, a student at the Federal University of Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE) studying Economics and Development Studies. I have a strong passion for understanding how leadership, economic systems, and innovation influence national growth and societal progress.
I believe that sustainable national development requires sound economic policies, visionary leadership, and active intellectual engagement. This drives my interest in participating in academic discussions and debates exploring complex relationships between governance, economics, and development.
I recently participated in the debate "Is Nigeria's Leadership Crisis a Bigger Threat to Development than Economic Challenges?" organized by the Faculty of Social Science Students (FUSOSSA) and the Rotaract Club of FUOYE. This strengthened my ability to analyze national issues critically and engage in meaningful development discussions.
